Founded in 2008, Tim has led 3 Rogers Investments, LLC with integrity within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. He is a man that looks for a win/win deal for the seller and 3 Rogers Investments, LLC in all real estate transactions. He attended the University of Oklahoma where he studied Business. He started 3 Rogers Investments, LLC after being laidoff again from corporate america. He took the insurance inheritance from his mother's death to start building a legacy for his family. He wanted to honor his father and mother with the number 3 in company's name. He has wholesaled dozens of propeties in the Dallas/ Fort Worth metroplex and has rehabbed over 60 turnkey properties in Dallas/ Fort Worth metroplex for several Hedgefunds.
Starting with wholesaling properties, we have grown to residential rehabbing and holding properties and to where we will soon build residential homes.
Our team of contractors and designers believe in producing quality work .They want properties to look like they were newly built when completely rehabbed or renovated. They are about the details.
We want to enhance the communities where we purchase properties. When families buy or lease our homes, we want them to know it was renovated with love.
